I finally got the chance to listen to the first episode of Better Leaders, hosted by Anita who has just founded the Better Leaders Lab
It's a really interesting exploration of Trei Brundett's evolution as a leader at Vox, ultimately taking on the first COO role at Vox in 2017.
One of my favourite parts was early on, when they talked about learning to be a good leader from the people who work for you. Rather than modelling exclusively from good or bad bosses.
